SRX13652502: RNA sequencing of Cataglyphis hispanica:Chis1
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 22.2M spots, 6.7G bases, 2.4Gb downloads

Design: Normalized RNA-seq cDNA Illumina libraries obtained from an adult Chis1 queen
Submitted by: Universite Libre de Bruxelles
Study: Cataglyphis hispanica isolate:Lineage 1 Genome sequencing
show Abstracthide Abstract
We generated high-quality chromosome-level genome assemblies for two hybridogenetic lineages of the Iberian ant Cataglyphis hispanica using Oxford Nanopore long reads, Illumina short reads, and proximity ligation (Hi-C). These new reference genomes pave the way for exploring the genetic mechanisms underlying the remarkable thermal tolerance of Catalgpyhis desert ants.
